Donkeysland, Koropi

We visited Donkeysland with my 14 months old son. We had an amazing time there. We had to wait for the group tour but until then they offered coffee and juices. We walked around the place, checked the chickens and the bunnies. Our tour lady was very nice. She said the stories about how the donkeys got there. It’s sad but finally they are in good hands. I would really recommend this place. Well organized, fun, easy. They also do birthday parties and day camps.

We loved our visit to Donkeysland! The premise is really nice, the staff is very helpful and attentive to the visitors’ needs… and of course, the stars of it all are the donkeys: absolutely adorable! We’ve learned so much about these amazing animals, and we would recommend anyone to take some time to visit this place (we did it as a half-day trip from Athens). Thank you! Alessandro/Martina

An absolutely incredible experience! You 100% need to check this out when you're in Athens if you're an animal person

A donkey’s paradise (not a zoo)! They offer a descriptive walk tour in the farm where you get to know these unique animals. Due to the fourth industrial revolution, donkeys have become unnecessary for work purposes. So, if your children have never met a donkey it’s a nice way to learn a lot about these precious animals. You can pet Donkeys, brush them and of course play with them. After the visit you will definitely feel happy. Last but not least, they do an exquisite job on fostering abused donkeys.

Ask yourself two questions. Do you like animals? Would you like to touch and brush some donkeys? If you answered yes to both, then, you should go to Donkey's Land. There are beautiful donkeys there that are waiting to be brushed by you. Get there (pay the entrance) and ask for a brush. The people working there will be happy to show you how to deal with these animals. And the donkeys, they are all so calm and nice, they like to be brushed. There are not only donkeys. We found also a couple of friendly dogs, 2 cats (also very friendly) and some strange chickens (or turkeys?). It's a great experience and the people there are also very nice.
