Sarakiniko Beach, Milos

This is one of the craziest places in earth, such an amazing beach, but little to no sand at all. The smooth white rocks make you feel like you're on the moon, and the heat will make you want to jump from the cliffs into the water below. Which is what most people do, into the deep blue water from various heights. There are many places to casually walk into the water and a few shallow inlets to sit down and relax in the water. Best beach on Milos.

Unique landscape created by volcanic irruptions thousands of years ago; definitely worth visiting for the experience and the amazing pictures you’ll be able to take. From a beach point of view, don’t be disappointed when you realize that this is a small beach, that gets very busy ! Not great from a swimming point of view, but still top on the to do list. I’d also advise against visiting with children as it can be dangerous, if not taking precautions ( slippery rocks, hard to access and rocky beach ).

5 stars does not seem high enough for this place. It is almost like a mars or moon landscape. The water was rough when we were there so didn't swim but there is a spot to wade in. We weren't expecting all of the caves that seemed to go on and on. So much fun

The experience was great! Awesome scenery. The soil was created from lava, which is now frozen, and it is simply majestic. A unique experience. The only negative I found is that the place is usually overcrowded and secondly the beach is not that clean, comparing with other beaches in the island. But overall it was great!

This is one if the most unique place in earth. Totally different and beautiful. This is a must when you are on this amazing island. You can feel a great energy and vibe just standing on one of the big white natural formations. Highly recommend it.
