Nice beach but taxi to beach total rip off quoted 10 euro but they forget to say 20 euro back. Get a bus for a couple of euro to Tolo so much more value and great scenery

I loved this beach because it was very calm beautiful water along rocky shoreline with many points to access the water. Not too many people. Sure, no sand. Great views. Walk from Nafplio.

Beautiful beach with clear water and a lovely view. There is no sand, only small stones, and no place to lie in the shade. The nearby bar has both sunbeds and umbrellas, and you can use them for free.... more

It’s really beautiful here. But if you are here off season there is no restaurant and everything looks a bit bedraggled. The see is amazing also when it’s not so sunny. The water is still warm (if you are used to it to go ice bathing). 😉

Beautiful beach very close to Nafplio, the beach offers blue clear waters, free seating, a beach bar, restrooms, dressing room, showers and has it’s own free parking space which is very secure. The only inconvenient of this beach is that is a rocky beach, there is no sand, so do not forget to wear aqua shoes to avoid scratches on your feet, out of that is a perfect spot to have a dip and spend some time swimming on the clear blue waters of the argolic gulf.

A pebble beach ,on the side of the medieval castle of Palamidi!!The view is amazing on both sides ,as it reveals the great history and the past of the city of Nafplion!The water is clean and towards the right side of the beach there are lots of rocks ,where you can place your towel and sunbathe!!The best hour is towards the afternoon, where is not so crowded and the sun is going down....

well seems like the restaurant is shut but it's a great place to get in the water and hang out. it's gets pretty hot here (bring your own umbrella if you plan to stay there all day) - and there's always the water to cool off if it gets too hot for you. the water is calm and inviting- perfect place to spend the day.

Very beautiful beach but... there’s no sand but rather little stones and there isn’t one place to lay in the shade! If you come here do bring a sun umbrella, something thick to lay on, drinking water and sun lotion. Other than that, there are dressing stalls so you can easily change your clothes!
