Designed to be formidable, Fort Nuestra Senora de la Soledad is a Spanish colonial fortification looking out over Umatac Bay. Built between 1802 and 1819, the fort became defunct shortly after the outbreak of the Mexican War of Independence. • Drive around Guam and you will find so many tourist spots. We found this place accidentally and explore it, there is a clean restroom in the area. May 2019

  • If you visit Fort Neustra Senora de la Soledad, you can see beautiful and colorful sea. You can also see Umatac Villige from there.

  • Interesting stop off point for a quick history lesson of Guam and photo taking as its elevated above sea level. Not as populated as Lover's point and no charges either. worth the stop if you intend...

  • Not well maintained but still a site to see for sure! My favorite part was seeing Edwin, aka the coconut man. He will set up right up with fresh coconut and mango. Very entertaining. Saw him when I first got to the island 3 months ago. Very personable!
  • A quick place to check out if you’re ever down in southern guam There’s a round about to park there and walk to where the site is Beautiful panoramic view from up where you stand and overlooking Fouha Bay
  • Very cool views. Nice park with beautiful sunsets! Plenty to take really good pictures of.
  • GORGEOUS overlook! We even got to see dolphins playing in the surf! My only complaint is that the bathrooms are locked and there are no trash cans around.
  • Get out of downtown and take a drive to the other side it's a worth a drive to see around the island, overall the place is historical place with nice over looking view of the ocean
