    Guyana has many animals unique to the Guiana Shield. This museum offers simple and clear descriptions of these animals. Although the facilities appear to be quite dated.

    Little museum stronger on flora and fauna than local history. Worth it for the giant sloth but most visitors will skip through in a few minutes. Free!
