  • The geyser erupting is amazing. It erupts about every few minutes. It’s a pretty short walk from the parking lot which is at the Geysir Center. There is also a little geyser on the path to the big one but the smaller one is not active.
  • I think you should visit it, but we had seen other geysers before, so it wasn't probably as fascinating to us as to first-timers. Not much to see apart the geyser, but there's a nice cafeteria nearby and clean toilets.
  • No camera can capture the real beauty of Iceland. Geysir is one of the many natural phenomenon in Iceland and being at that place feels like you are in a different planet. A must visit.
  • The park has some gorgeous overlooks that were a bit of a hike up but the geysers are very accessible. Be sure to pack shoes that can get wet and muddy as the trails get very messy in rain. Make a point to hike up to the views if you are able. The restaurant and cafe were wonderful. It was a little hard to figure out how to order but the soups and pizza were wonderful at the cafe. Phenomenal ambiance.
  • It is our second time in Iceland this year. In January we visited this place and there was a terrible snowfall, we could not see the natural spectacle of the Gaysers. Today we are here in Summer and it has been a spectacle, so much so that snow fell😋😁. incredible nature
