This is a great place to see a 360 degree view of Reykjavik. The inside has an ice cave tour and gift shop and viewing show of the northern lights and an observation deck where you can have a drink and a bite to eat while enjoying the city view in the revolving restaurant!

Really fascinating museum - we spent most of our day here! There was loads to see and it was a great place to learn more about Iceland. The Aurora show and Ice Cave were incredible. It was also fascinating to get a glimpse of the eruption in the volcano show. The food at the restaurant was also great and the view was spectacular. Perlan is a must-see when you're visiting Reykjavik!

Visited May 2022. Informative and well organised museum. One could easily spend a full day here. The ice cave experience and aurora show are definitely the highlights. At the top, there is a wonderful cafe selling pastries, coffee and ice cream. You could also go out to the outdoor platform which is on the same level as the gift shop. Brace yourself for winds!

This place is so cool!!! We spent about 3 hours there reading and exploring the photos and videos. The icecave walk was our favorite! The restaurant upstairs has amazing views.... also the viewing deck gives you 360° views! It's a must see if you have a few hours on in Reykjavik

A wonderful experience to introduce you to what Iceland has to offer. The planetarium show and ice cave recreation were highlights inside while one of the best highlights was the hiking trails found at the back of the property.
