Admire nature's majesty and panoramic views from Lion's Point, a breezy spot 650 m (2,133 ft) above sea level. You can see dozens of small waterfalls gushing out of the steep cliffs, green conical hills, and scenic Western Ghats from there. Monkeys, cows, and bulls will keep you company at the spot, most likely asking for food. Small vendors sell tea, cold drinks, bhutta, and snacks, so all you have to bring is a good pair of shoes for the uphill climb. Plan your visit to Lion's Point and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Lonavala trip planning tool.

A must visit place for tourists. Can spend over an hour at the place. Perhaps the best spot to view the mountain peaks of Lonavala. The area is big with good parking space and lots of small eating...

This has all the potential to draw many visitors if maintained well. Nonetheless, a beautiful spot to visit, particularly evenings.

It was really foggy and literally could not see anything. Good environment but not a wow experience. Also before having something to eat there ask for prices from vendors as they are looting...

It is really a very beautiful place, in the rainy season it gets even more beautiful view. Everyone should go here once. The view from the lions point is awesome. There is a camel ride available for kids. During monsoon you just get to see and experience the clouds and you will not be able to see anything from top. Those views are good for winter season only. During some it's too hot to go there. They charge 50 rs for 4Wheeler parking but the no maintenance... It becomes difficult to drive on uneven surface as many rocks are there. Place remains too crowded during monsoon. Both points are very close tiger point and lions point and you don't need to park your vehicle separately.

It's good to visit with family or friends a tip make sure you don't wear anything light as there's lots of wind gushing you may see paper plates flying and if your luck is bad it may have left over ketchup and your clothes could get dirty. Pleasant to go when there's slight rain showers you could have an amazing view to see with cool breeze and yes hot tea with dew drops falling over you.

Lion and Tiger points are the same, one entrance is 🦁 and the other 🐯, 😁😁😁 Worth the visit anytime of the year, rainy season will be the best, of course. It's not only about lush green views, the ride into nature, winding roads and windy hills gives joy anytime of the year. I visited in Feb22 and am happy! Sunset views - March2022

You enter from one gate that is Tiger Point and exit from another gate that is Lion Point. So it's same you can say. It's free of cost you just have to pay for parking. Lonavala lake, Lion Point, Tiger Point and Ambey Valley all are in same route. Talking about the experience in Lion point the view was breath taking. When we reached weather was soothing and had chance to get rain showered when rainy clouds came near us. Not only the point, the route itself is very beautiful when we go to these points. A must go place. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here. Would recommend to go in morning or evening or if it's the monsoon. Otherwise sun will burn you:-).

Beautiful view from this location. Located along the Amby valley road Lion Point which is located right next to Tiger Point in Lonavala is a popular tourist attraction and has a breathtaking view of the valley below. We visited this place a couple of days ago and reached the location early morning just after sunrise. Since we reached early the place wasn’t crowded. The weather was chilly and windy. I’m sure the valley would look excellent in the monsoon as well and for sure will plan a trip during the rainy season. Be careful with your belongings as there are monkeys around the place.
