This is one of the most busiest and biggest railway station not in India but in the World. Both local train and outstation train to every part of the country will be operated here. If you come here on special occasion/special day then you'll get different different themes on the building of railway station.

This is the biggest Railway Station I've ever seen in India. This has about 18 platforms and is one of the most crowded stations in this country. The place is neat, clean and very well maintained. There are huge overhead fans that'll keep you cool even in summers. You don't have to wait for too long to board the next train for a particular destination. There are a lot of self ticketing zones where you can get your own ticket from the ATVM machine. There are also lots of shops inside the terminus. The exterior of the station is also very beautiful and spectacular.

This railway station, known as in short CSMT, has outstanding architecture inside and outside the station building. Very popular with neat and clean station premises will give you amaze of course. Mobile charging plug is available for the passangers. There are total 18 platforms out of which platform 1 to 7 is used for the Mumbai Suburban local trains and the platform 8 to 18 is for the express trains. Through platform 18 there is another gate to enter into the station. Public transport is available outside the station. Gateway of INDIA or Marine drive are the walkable distance from this station.
-
It's a landmark station. The first train of India run from this place. Previously this station was known as Victoria Terminus. The station bldg is counted as World Heritage structure. On Independence Day or any Government Festival a beautiful lighting is done here. Station contains 18 platforms. 7 for local and rest for outstation.
