Baner Hill, Pune

Woah, I went here for a morning stroll on my bday and was amazed by the sheer beauty of the view from the top. The hill trek was pretty short but the view from the temple was amazing and worth it. The temple is very peaceful and you can stay there calmly without any disturbance. You can view a good part of baner and balewadi from the top and be in awe of the natural beauty amidst the concrete jungle.

A welcoming please for people who want to contribute to society by planting new trees. If you're visiting this place, do participate in the plantation programs, its really easy if you see someone planting or watering tree just go talk to them and offer them your help😄. You will be pretty surprised to find out about their welcoming nature.

Nice place for morning and evening trek. Parking also available. Best place for sunrise and sunset photography.

One of the best places to hike in Pune.. The hill has different routes for beginner and intermediate hikers.. A big shout out to the volunteer group there "Vasundhara". They have really done a splendid job maintaining the area, plantations, removing boulders etc. to make the hike safe and enjoyable!!

ah, those memories. had my apartment near to this hill, absolutely stunning view and when i first came to pune, this was it. it was definitely some kind of a vibe that feels clairvoyant but at the same being archaic. it was my evening go to stroll and the feelings remain intact. during season if lucky you'd even get to see sakura tress hanging on to a cliff which was totally mesmerizing and hypnotic. it's been more than 4years since i last visited those beauties, but will meet again, soon.
