Did a “free walking tour” of Delhi with Yo Tours - they asked to reschedule from the listed time of 4pm to 5pm which was fine (apparently one of the guests asked to delay an hour - but no one recalled telling Yo Tours this!), but the guide arrived 15mins late which wasn't a good start. The walking tour had a few stops to note temples. It was great walking the lively evening streets and stop for a chai! The guide was friendly and easy to chat to. The ending ruined the tour slightly as the guide wasn’t happy with the donations given - which were between 250-350INR per person (a fair reflection of the value of the tour I think). He said Yo Tours took 500INR commission per person from him. This is unreasonable in my opinion and not in line with any other free walking tour we have ever done (and unfair on the guide if true).

I am a frequent traveller and came across this company through Cred app, I have booked the Regal Kashmir trip with them. Wonderful destination Kashmir and classic service by Yo tours. Everything was well planned and informed in advance with regards to additional which I need to take care and what all is being offered by them. I appreciate there on ground support even there was no tour coordinator travelling with us, but there service is remarkable Nishkarsh and Hardik were in regular touch and assisted me towards my every single query and challenges I faced because of heavy snowfall.Highly recommended.

I tried to book a "free" walking tour in Chennai. At first, I was contacted and agent said that because noone else has booked for that date, I will have to pay more (800 instead of 500 rupees). I agreed. But then after not confirming for 3 hrs (and I had to ask and ask again), finally they said sorry, no tour. Well, OK. Next day I get an email that my tour is booked for tomorrow. I contact them to ask if it is a mistake, but after tellig me "i will check with the team", agent doesn't bother to reply, confirm or whatever. Really unprofessional company. I suspect the tour wouldn't be as expected, too.
