Utorda Beach, Goa

A very clean and calm beach mostly visited by foreigners for its peaceful vibes. The beach has mostly white sand. There are also many shacks on the beach that offer affordable seafood.

Just some distance from famous Majorda Beach of South Goa you will find UTORDA....a very serene, peaceful beach of South Goa. Infact, most of South Goa beaches are less crowded... Utorda is more so because of its wayward positioning and infrequent communication. But that actually increases its charm. The UTORDA Beach is set in the south of Goa and is one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. Being located in South Goa the beach is not at all crowded. These beaches are mostly accessed by the residents of hotels across the beach. The beach is clean and sand does not stick like the one in North Goa. Commercial activities like hawkers selling stuff are almost NIL. one can sit or even sleep peacefully here. We found a lot of sea shells and small crabs in the water. Sunsets are amazing and not to be missed.

Beautiful beach. Best time to visit is summer or after monsoon is over to watch the sunset.
