Sunrise and Sunset are viewed best from this Ghat. 'Subah E Banaras' program is held at Assi Ghat everyday. It's a picturesque location.

A very nice place for tourists. You can enjoy boating in early morning starting from Assi ghat to till ghat ends. You can use small as well as Alaknanda cruise too. But book tickets for Alaknanda cruise in advance.
