  • The garbage on the streets, on the beach and in the sea is a travesty. Some of the tourism owners are trying but they are fighting an uphill battle with the leadership of the town. What a shame...

  • Highly recommend if looking for place to scuba dive in Bali.. Located on Bali’s eastern tip, Amed has a black, volcanic, sandy beach full of natural beauty. Amed Beach promises extraordinary panoramic views of Mount Agung. Apart from its scenery, Amed beach is more known as the ultimate Bali destination for snorkeling. You will discover various snorkeling spots and dive sites directly from the beach in Amed.
  • Amed beach is such a special place! The water when I went was crystal clear, with very nice temperature, and I could see many pretty fish 🐠 not far from the shore. In the evening the sunset was spectacular with the view of mount Agung. Very friendly and hospitable locals. I'm coming back soon!
  • Amed is one of my favorite destination in Bali, you have all the things that you need here, restaurant shop dancing beach snorkeling and many more. Sunset also lovely here, i would defo comeback here every once in a month.
  • One of the best beach of Bali, quiet place edge of East Bali. The good place to spending your holiday or weekend, but you need find the good time for the wave so not too big for swimming at the beach.
  • Gorgeous, quiet fishing village. I loved going on morning walks, diving and snorkelling in the nearby area (Tulamben and Jemeluk).
