Create an itinerary including Kuta Beach - Bali
Surf your heart out at Kuta Beach - Bali, one of Bali's biggest tourist destinations. Equally appealing to foreign surfing enthusiasts and local families teaching their kids to swim, the beach offers easy access to a number of popular restaurants and clubs. A sandstone wall constructed in the style of traditional Balinese architecture protects the waterfront establishments from blowing sand. You can rent surfing gear, umbrellas, and lounge chairs right on the beach. If you visit during low tide, you'll be treated to a seemingly endless stretch of soft sand. Be aware that vendors walk the beach selling various things, and the bustling atmosphere does not exactly lend itself to a quiet stroll. • It looks nothing like the first picture. Full of rubbish, both in the water and on the beach. The rubbish is piled up everywhere. Also for our entistay the water was full of sewerage. Such a shame.

  • They do try very hard to keep this beach as clean as possible, but they are definitely fighting a losing battle. They even have tractors going up and down trying to keep it clean but if this happens.....  more

  • I have been to Kuta multiple times at different times of the year. We like to now go there for sunset photos, but the beach was so littered we wont be returning.

  • Beautiful beach and good for surfers, there many shops who offer training and support with surfing boards and guides. There are a lot of shops also available for drinks and snacks, they provide chairs and shades.
  • It’s amazing how God creates sunrise and sunset, it can hit differently everyday. It supposed to be rainy season and it’s been raining a whole week but I am so lucky during my visit! Make sure to get beautiful sunsets while in Bali! 🧡🧡🧡🌅🌅🌅
  • Very scenic views, fantastic waves - real shame about the cleanliness though. Plastic and rubbish is absolutely everywhere. Some parts are filthier than others but I'd highly recommend you walk up to Seminyak or Legian beaches where it's much cleaner.
  • Beach is filthy, piles of rubbish everywhere, even the body of a dead animal was there and no one cared until we pointed it out (see attached photos), only then did they pretend to shovel some sand over it. I certainly didn't want to spend long here, nor let my kids play here. Despite this plenty of surfers though.
  • This view is taken at 5 to 6 pm in the noon. The weather is good with a little bit cloudy. However, the sunset still showed itself in a very good scenary. What a lovely sunset and waves you can see and enjoy at Kuta beach, Bali. Many people, from couples, grup of friends, and a big family, spend their leisure time sitting in the seashore of this beach. To enter this beach, you only need pay for the parking service, 2 thousand rupiah for motorcycle. Then, you can enjoy swimming or drinking coconut water here. The fruit is big, delicious and still young. The price is 35 thousand rupiah, quite commensurate with the large of the fruit wkwk. Although the sunset is already gone, people are still sitting there to simply talk together or enjoying massage services. For your information, many women there offered this services to the visitors, it can be men or women. The massage is priced from 10-35 thousand rupiah, it’s depen on their work hour. Somehow, they almost like forcing you to do the massage, just say sorry or thanks to them politely it you are not interested in massaging there. Not only enjoying the view of the waves, but also you can visit many cafe, restaurants and also mall near to the beach. There are also some wagons that are ready to bring you down the street. Moreover, you can see many souvenirs shops accross the beach. They offered many discount to all items. Feel free to negotiate✌🏻
