Eco Bali Spa, Seminyak

The treatment was good. Chose a package and was overall satisfied with the treatment. However, the package included ginger tea and they didn’t seem to have it because “most clients don’t have it”. I was offered a plastic bottle can with a plastic straw which for a spa with the word “Eco” in its name is quite disappointing also noting how much single use plastic can be seen in the beaches and everywhere in Bali. Also there are m mosquitoes in the salon. Was bitten while having the massage. Not sure if it’s something common over here. Also I was charged 3% extra for card payment where they advertise that they accept card payments with no mention of such added cost.

The body massage was great. Started with a foot wash which is necessary. Had the body mask (green tea) which smells lovely. Balinese message was comfortable enough to doze off. Pressure was just nice at the right points. Would be perfect if slippers are provided and toilet smells better.

Absolutely pampered. They don't cut corners to save cost like some other spas. No annoying people out front begging you to come in. This place feels classy and is an absolute must at the start and end of a holiday. I've never been so pampered. Every touch , every aspect of this spa felt premium

Went multiple times and the ladies were very lovely and professional! Super amazing massage and facial. If we are back in Bali I’ll be going again!

Very ordinary experience. We had our sport massage there only because the place it’s near our hotel. I’ve tried many massages in Thailand and Singapore and unfortunately I would say this is below average.
