Experience extensive views of a UNESCO-designated Cultural Landscape at Jatiluwih Green Land. Terraced rice fields cut smooth contours across the hilly region, while dotted palm trees add to the nature of the scenery. Take a stroll through the landscape and admire the traditional irrigation system still used by the farmers here. As a protected area, the panorama remains largely unspoiled despite its popularity. Be sure to bring your camera to capture this quintessentially Indonesian view. Loved getting into the mountainous farm land . Saw many different crops along the way . Very sacred time of the year with many Hindu rituals occurring on the drive .

Some stunning rice field landscapes with trails of various sizes that wind through them. Shortest trail is ~30-40 minute stroll, but there are also routes that could take up the better part of the day. Lots of restaurants close by to lounge at before or after your meander through the rice. There is an entry fee to the general area that you'll be stopped for on the road in.
Amazing place, by far one of the most beautiful and vast rice fields I have seen. There is a 40k IDR fee to access which is more than fair given how clean and well maintained the whole area is. Everyone around from local farmers to tourist information staff are very kind and helpful. You can feel very relaxed by just chilling on a bench or walking around. It is definitely a perfect place for a hike in nature and for any person that enjoys lush greenery.
As must! It is unreal. Word heritage site and very peaceful. We did about 2 hours trekking, mostly flat ground. Quite muddy after the rain. You can rent bicycles too (if it’s sunny)! Entrance fee is about $2-3 pp. there are coffee shops and stuff too if you just want to take in the view without the walking.
The famous rice terrace in Bali. A beautiful view with a pretty landscaping area. The scenery is so nice. It is better to come here during morning or evening to maintain a cool and not hot atmosphere. Don't come here when it's raining because you can't enjoy the view. There is also a tracking and cycling area that is open to tourists and it's totally worth it.
Scenic and beautiful area with verdant, undulating rice terraces attracting hikers, cyclists & photographers, and influencers! Nominated for designation as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Jatiluwih offers a beautiful view of contoured rice terraces irrigated using an impressive communal water system developed by Balinese farmers. The scenic drive through the quaint villages and verdant slopes of the central coastal regency of Tabanan adds to the experience. Amazing and very beautiful views. It's all about nature, nature, and nature! Must visit place for views and peaceful and serene walks.
