Mason Elephant Park, Sebatu

I really had a great time. The room was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. I woke up to the sounds of elephants trumpeting, that was a first. All the staff that I met during my stay were extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing. And there was so much that I barely had anything for lunch because I was still full from breakfast 4 hours prior. There is plenty to see and do at the park and I really wish I had more time than just one night. It was a magical experience and I hope to come back sometime!

Loved everything about the hotel. Highlights were obviously the beautiful elephants, how we could get so close to them. Great activities planned for guests. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend the hotel. Thanks to everyone at Mason!

What a wonderful experience. We all enjoyed it immensely. The accommodation was fabulous and the dining very good. Lovely people and so humbled to be able to wash, bathe and feed these beautiful elephants. Thoroughly recommend this place to visit and stay overnight. Highlight of our trip. Thank you all very much and much love to the beautiful patient elephants.

We were hesitating to go because we read some reviews that the elephants were chained and abused. BUT- on the contrary they are taken care of so much. ♥️🙏🏽We went and did the whole she-bang package that cost about 1.5 million. Pricey but I’d rather give the money to these kinds of parks that really do take care of these beautiful creatures. This place was super beautiful, insightful, very interactive , the team and staff are all super polite, very helpful, & made us feel special. It was like having the whole park to ourselves! Thank you to the staff and the caretakers of each elephant. You guys have such a beautiful heart. I loved our time there and I’m so happy to have experienced something so unique and special in Bali. We will be back!

I had originally planned on reserving tickets but it did not go through. Since I was in the area I stopped by right at opening at 10:00 a.m. and had no problems getting a ticket. The pricing, as well as the description of each activity available, is listed in several places and quite clearly. The facility is clean organized and safe. The bathrooms were impeccable. I enjoyed my experience with the elephants tremendously. I paid for the general admission which included walking around the park and feeding the elephants. But you had to buy the food for the elephants which was 50k a bowl. I did not wash or ride the elephants. The staff were extremely Pleasant and more than willing to ensure I had a good time and plenty of awesome pictures.
