I has unpleased experience after buying this bakpia. I just arrived Jakarta and I buying several merk of bakpia (bakpia Jogkem, BakpiaKu, Bakpia Kurnia and Bakpia Kencana) after I arrived at Home I was unpacking the all the Bakpia and I notice I had unpleased things on Bakpia Jogkem. I was complain with admin and she really good approach me. I was really thank you regarding your services. I think you need to upgrade the packaging so the bakpia inside was still in good condition, but I really appreciate regarding your service to replace and send it to my home at Jakarta. Thank you. One of best bakpia i ever try. The steamed one is super soft and moist! I recommend you to try tiramisu one. Llloooooooveeee it!!

This Bakpia factory and outlet is a new one in town. The taste is good. There are many flavour of Bakpia : Green bean, Cheese, Chocolate, Tiramisu, and Capucino. You can see the production process of the Bakpia here. And you can buy a box of Bakpia consist of 15 pcs Bakpia fresh from the oven ! The place is big enough, there are toilets, praying room, souvenirs shops and parking space. Enjoy the traditional taste of Bakpia, the famous snack from Jogjakarta.
