    Fabulous beach the coral is unbelievable and the water so clear and lovely walks.

    Our hotel recommended we stop on our road trip to Connemara National Park. Glad we did. The views did not disappoint. They have bathrooms too which is nice when you are on the road! Stopped for lunch nearby at the Dutch Hut. Next time we may bring a picnic! Here are some pics from July afternoon.

    Lovely place to swim and relax

    A gorgeous place for a stroll, picnic and just relaxing. The weather was lovely and tempting for a swim, although we did see a lot of people on kayaks or paddle boating around this area. Beautiful clean beach with corals and seashells along the stretch. Plus, there's a place for changing available so that's a bonus. Free car park on site and the trek is quite easy and straight forward.

    Really beautiful beach. The coral is very uncomfortable underfoot, but the views make up for it. If you are in the area it is 100% worth the visit. There are also some trails leading away from the beach and other people if you want some quiet time to relax and think.
