The Clare Jam Company, Doolin

Fantastic shop just beside the Cliffs of Moher! A great range of jams and marmalades plus lots of other treats! Really enjoyed the chat with the owner and exploring all the different products. 💝

I've been buying and enjoying French jams for years, but recently, saw the display of Clare Jams in my local Supervalue shop (Clifden). Being Irish, I decided to support our country and try some. I picked up two jars, Orange and Apricot. Forgive my exaggeration, but I believe if Heaven opened a jam and preserves shop, these would be their products. Good job and thank you!

The absolute best little shop we found in Doolin! We stayed at the West Haven house BnB, and our amazing Irish breakfast included a delicious jar of lemon marmalade that I put on my toast. It tasted like lemon pie! 😍 Our host informed us it was from right there in town, and up the road we went to go grab some to take home with us! It’s a quaint little shop with beautiful florals all around it, and you walk in and it’s just one little room with shelves filled with jams. Irish whiskey marmalade, wild blueberry, lemon. Every flavor I could think of and more! The little old man (we can’t remember his name, darnit!) that came out and visited with us did all his jams from scratch, by hand, off of the fruits grown in his own orchard out back. He was lovely, and had a wistful smile and a twinkle in his eye. We visited with him for about 20 minutes about his process. We were the only ones there at the time. I wish I could have bought one of everything! We are planning a trip back to Ireland in a year and Doolin and more specifically, the Clare Jam Shop is an absolute repeat/must for us! Please go give this guy your business, he’s so sweet and deserving. 💗 I’m craving it now, I just wish we could order more online! 🤤

I was in Ireland visiting this amazing country and brought home a fast of Extra Rhubarb and Ginger. It is delicious!!!!!! I wish I had brought a lot more home. I am definitely going to see about having jars sent to me.
