  • I found the audio visual film excellent, great historian telling the background and story. Lovely to see the old furniture, equipment and machinery.

  • Impressive historical centre in Boolavogue, Ferns, Wexford, memorial to 1798 rebellion heroes, with haunting moving audio video. Typical period farm house, farm features plus excellent Wexford farm machinery collection.
  • A short visit location. Dog friendly and fully Wheelchair accessible. The admission while affordable was a bit steep for what was there.
  • A great little spot to visit with children or friends, cafe open all day to have a bite to eat plenty of room to walk around and discover the past.
  • A great experience and staff were so helpful ! Well worth a visit !
  • Run by local volunteers the centre is full of historic anecdotes and facts. Revisit the 1798 rebellion, with a video reenactment and finish of the day with a tea or coffee with the locally sourced scones(delicious). Well worth a visit.
