Trajan's villa is an essential stop to visit. Well preserved and restored, it shows very interesting and suggestive architectural features and finds of the time. Beautiful location and wonderful program of summer events, I would say of excellent quality that are offered for free or at a negligible cost. The archaeological complex has a museum, which can be visited at times other than the scheduled theater or music events, with the material finds found during excavations around and within the perimeter of the Trajan villa.
