Amalfi Coast Transfers, Amalfi

We were a family-based medium-sized group and I had been in touch with Mena directly throughout our stay in Amalfi coast. Prior to arriving in the area we had used other travel services; none were as professional as Mena’s. For me, the 2 differentiating factors are: 1. Clear communication and responsiveness. Mena was on top of things all the time. Checking in with me to see that things are to our satisfaction and corresponding with our drivers as our schedules shifted. 2. Reliability. the drivers were always on time, courteous, and friendly. In addition, in relation to other transfer drivers, hers were never engrossed on the mobile like many other drivers on the roads here. Happy to have used her services.

The experience with Amalfi Coast Transfers was absolutely fantastic! Mena's drivers were always prompt, polite, informative and just great people doing what they love to do. It was so nice not to worry about our luggage while we explored and Amalfi Coast Transfers knew all the best spots to stop along the way. I never lifted a finger as they were always eager to help. Booked roundtrip between Naples and Amalfi and both trips were excellent in every regard. Very easy communication, the drivers were professional and kind, the cars were very clean. Everything you could ask for, highly recommend!

Everything was flawless! I contacted them for a day trip to Ravello, and they responded to me in no time. The driver was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He even stopped to let me get a quick picture of Flavio Gioia. Will 10/10 recommend!

If you are headed to the Amalfi coast, use Mena and her services!!! It is incredibly difficult to find a car at a reasonable price on the coast. We had several cars cancel on us for our trip from Rome and back from the coast. Mena was able to find us a ride twice at the last minute, one time at 1 am! She responded right away to email and what's app. She would check on us that our driver arrived and dropped us off safely. She would also check on us to make sure our trip was going well which was incredibly kind. Our driver Gianpiero was also super nice and was a local of the coast so you basically get a tour includes in the transfer. He had amazing restaurant recommendations and local knowledge of the area. Please if you are visiting the coast save yourself the hassle and book with her. I never leave reviews but had to based on the superior level of customer service. You will not be disappointed!
