Lo Scrigno dei Sapori is the elegant shop of the historic Bertolin salami factory, which offers a rich variety of typical local products, of its own production. Among the many, the famous Lardo di Arnad undoubtedly stands out, flavored and available in various levels of seasoning, in slices or sliced ​​and vacuum-packed. Salted meats, salami and many other cured meats make up an important part of the offer, which however also includes polenta flour, cheeses, honey, wines… and many other delicacies. An absolutely advisable stop if you are passing through Val d'Aosta.

Wide choice of local cold cuts and cheeses on the first floor while in the basement there is an excellent variety of wines, beers and spirits always from the area. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Ability to see live production during business hours. Ample parking. I recommend a visit to shop.
