National Park of Rock Engravings Naquane, Capo di Ponte

Beautiful, moving site, rich with rock art in a lovely wooded area.

I was last week, you exit at Capo di Ponte and you arrive at a free parking, you go uphill and after a while there are indications for 2 paths, on the left it is shorter but steeper, on the right it is more comfortable wide and paved. You get to the cashier and then there are 4 paths with colors. There are guys every now and then to ask, they recommended the green route to me where you can see the best and most important rocks, some engravings are clearly visible, others with difficulty (the rocks are covered with moss or lichens) near each rock there 'is an explanatory sign. After a while there are facilities (spotless toilets and fountain). Doing this tour takes about an hour and a half almost everything in the shade, everything is well kept, it deserves to be visited, the engravings are fantastic

Incredible place, it's worth stopping for a few hours in these woods and reading all the descriptions of the rock inscriptions. Also recommended is the film that you see in a special wooden house. There are many rocks with clear drawings and others where you can hardly see them, but it is absolutely worth it. Admission fee: adults 6 euros, under 18s free. Access via a steep cobbled hill and poorly signposted (the roads that take you to the entrance are not clearly mapped out on Google beware...)

Very nice. The ticket costs six euros and it would take at least two hours to visit it all. The engravings can be seen quite clearly on a beautiful sunny day like I found it. Well cared for and each notable rock is well explained in the placards.

A beautiful park, with a beautiful view in a beautiful wood. Well cared for with excellent explanations and a clear path, fun relaxing and informative. A beautiful place to learn and have fun. The fact that you can bring your dogs is also great. Fascinating petroglyphs.
