It is a good park to enjoy walking and looking at the mountains around. A lot of places where to seat and appreciate the modern sculptures. There are many animals in the river and inside the cages...

Amazing could spend a whole day and not see everything it is huge well worth a visit. A fanastic military museum is also on site, they have horse's in a huge paddock. A small maze is on site good for children too.

For calabrian standards really top. Does not live up to other big city expectations, but it's in general very pleasant and mostly clean. Some nice pieces of art are spread throughout the park, and there's a quiet big labyrinth, which is great fun with kids. Kids games are good. The animals in there make you sad, rather than enjoy them.
