If you want to try an exciting experience you cannot give up visiting the Museum of Magic of Cherasco. The creator and soul of this museum is Don Silvio, aka Mago Sales, a Salesian priest, a very good magician who in his life has always been committed to bringing aid to all the children of the world who are near in poverty. Entering the museum you will find yourself immersed in a magical atmosphere, the rooms that follow one another are a tribute to all the greatest magicians, you can admire posters, stage clothes, great stage attractions, optical effects and the most extraordinary sleight of hand you have never seen. Included in the magic tour you will have the opportunity to attend a magic show in the internal theater. I recommend everyone to go and see the small chapel, really beautiful.

From the experience of the magician Sales and the scenographic taste of Arturo Brachetti comes the magic of this little jewel of a museum. Know, experience and be amazed by a world of fantasy and magic. A joy for children and a surprise for adults. Not just a museum but a great experience for a living and vital structure. A must try

Truly a very welcome surprise. A jewel of a museum in the heart of the Langhe. Cared for in every aspect, full of curiosity and well done. All topped off with thrilling live entertainment. Children get excited and adults appreciate it. Sincere congratulations!!

We visited this place almost by accident during a walk in the Langhe. We discovered that just in Italy, a stone's throw from Turin, there is this museum of magic which is the 2nd largest in Europe. I have to admit that the ticket price includes a magic show lasting about 20 minutes, so...not bad! Really fun! I am a child again! The visit is unfortunately quite fast with not too much information. There is also a library that collects the secrets of magicians (so they say) pity that nothing can be viewed. It's just a door with the right glass to create curiosity. Inside the museum there are also several "tools of the trade" with which you can practice and make beautiful illusion or test photos. Lots of space but not always full of content. Oh I forgot, with the price of the ticket (currently 10 euros) 1 euro goes to charity so excellent! We also made an offer to support the cause and we were given an envelope to be discovered (too bad there was only a calendar, which ends in a few months; a photo on cardboard, to make a picture of it ... bah .. . and a lot of useless paper, including the museum magazine that they already gave out at the entrance..) what a package! No tricks of magic... And like all museums, you expect themed purchases/merchandising, right? I would have bought a lot of things (I usually avoid) that day, but no... Too bad 🤔 At the end of the day I must say that we had fun and spent a nice 2-hour afternoon inside the structure! How nice thanks! Ps: Let's hope it is renewed with something new otherwise returning only if you have children could be worth it

Here the magic comes true. My daughter and I had a fantastic experience. We arrived just in time to attend the unforgettable show of the magician Budinì, cheerfully and pleasantly introduced by the magician Sales, the founder of this cheerful museum. Here you are; speaking of visits, after the performance of the magician Budinì, we dedicated ourselves to visiting this very well set up and maintained space. Let's go in order. The entrance. We are well received by a very smart and affable young lady (or lady) (and this is how our experience begins in the best way). The show: Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. First of all, the magician Budinì knows how to keep the scene alive both in the programmed part of the show and in the necessarily improvised part in which the children are amusing co-protagonists. Then the highlight, that is the numbers. They are jaw-dropping and thrown at the best pace (therefore no slippery downtime). The museum: It especially represents a collection of objects (which are originals and which are reproduced) from the world of magic, one more interesting than the other, even among some nice effects which I won't add. These objects have been well placed. An intriguing historical nod can be absorbed by means of a captivating video. Texts, stage clothes, portraits and modern three-dimensional representations of real people and fantasy subjects complete a picture that amazes at every step. I now want to represent the significance of the Salesian world, to which I am strongly attached, in every corner of this stupendous place. The museum was founded, as mentioned before, by the magician Sales, aka Don Silvio, who was ignited by the presence of Don Bosco in various ways. Don Bosco was the one who, taking advantage of his skills as an entertainer and his ability to act as a tumbler, offered his best to extract from the flames, like in a pyrotechnic game, the boys from Turin who were losing their bearings. Finding his effigies here and feeling his spirit was exciting! Two notes of great appreciation go, one each, to both magicians, Sales and Budinì, as people, sensitive and passionate interpreters of the game of life in sociality. The museum, for me, is 100% recommended. Go there and do something nice: don't just accompany your children, but also your elderly parents and grandparents, as they would have accompanied you. And if you think they wouldn't have done it, accompany them anyway, so that joy circulates in their hearts anyway and, perhaps, reflection. We did everything improvising and it went very well, but if you travel to Cherasco (CN) from far away it is perhaps better to give a call to ask for confirmation of opening hours. Finally, I'll throw you an idea: If you want the wonder to start early for those with you, don't reveal the magical place you're going to. If I did? Of course! And it was splendid.
