  • Palazzo erected in the 17th century by the homonymous nobleman from whom it takes its name. Now restored it often hosts exhibitions of various authors. The price is 12 euros for a visit to the building and the relative exhibition which changes authors over time. It is equipped with a lift to access the upper floors and bathrooms for the disabled
  • Wandering around Cherasco, I come across an exhibition poster on advertising posters for art exhibitions. Free entry. The exhibit was interesting, but the sight of two incredibly decorated rooms was worth even a hefty entrance fee. Not to be missed for those in the area.
  • Visited the Mirò exhibition, very beautiful, also with other works by surrealists. And the frame of the building gave a beautiful contrast.
  • Always interesting are the exhibitions at the Salmatoris palace, often free. The girls are very kind, patient and available at the reception. In addition to the various exhibitions, it is always pleasant to admire the rooms of this historic building, restored and maintained as much as it was possible to recover.
  • I recently went to the exhibition dedicated to Joan Mirò. At first I was captured by the splendid works so masterfully staged and given the abundant flow of visitors, I was very focused on being able to acquire the maximum emotional involvement that they transmitted to me. Then just while waiting for a passage from one room to another, I looked up and realized how harmonious and catalyzing the interior of this splendid building was. A perfect balance between the ceiling restorations and the added modern appendices. Unusual detail of this exhibition, the amount of children who observed with extreme attention together with the adults with particular interest. Note of merit to the biographical video dedicated to the artist, at the end of the itinerary. Simple, flowing and still, easy for children to watch. Well done !
