The Mall is out in the countryside in Leccio. It is easier to reach if you have a car and there is plenty of free parking. Most of the high end fashion houses are represented here with their own...

I can stay here all day. Just buy and buy and buy! Best to be here during Spring season, its chilly but not too cold. Head to the Gucci Caffe at terrace level if you need a break, they serve really great coffee!

5 stars for people who like buying branded goods. 1 star for people who don't like. If you are here because of you followed a tour group and branded good is not your cup of tea, you can do a quick hike to Castello di Sammezzano. Takes about 25min of leisure walk from the Mall and another 25min back to the mall.

It’s a very nice ”outlet town”. All buildings are new and modern. You can get there by bus or car. A lot of parking spots. As any store, the outlet has limited stock, most of the items you might like are sold out. Based on our trip, the stores didn’t have anything interesting to offer, but maybe it will for others.

Quick summary (no reviews on shops here) Bus servixe going to Mall ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Shop selection ⭐️⭐️ Shop staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food selections ⭐️⭐️ Bus service going back ⭐️ So far getting to the bus service from the hotel Palazzo Castri, is a short walk ~8mins. Bus driver just need to see the ticket, he won’t bother to greet or answer any questions. Got here and first thing is to grab coffee and quick snack. Toscanino is the main option. Started off slow on the shopping as went here without any specific brand to shop. I think it would help to know which brands you like online then come here. Since this was a vacay shopping, it was good to walk around and feel the shopping vibe. The staff of the shops definitely helped a lot as they either greet or help you find any interests, and discounts. Selections are limited but the styles and prices are comparable to retail options. It would help if there is an online inventory as the trip is quite far. After shopping and late lunch, we decided to take the 5pm bus, this is where the vibes change as with the other reviews, people tend to panic thinking there’s not enuf space in the bus, then the driver yells to disperse the crowd at the bus door. Priorirty is online tickets, so if u plan to take the bus make sure to get tickets online. To the bus mgmt, a simple counter for the driver would help him manage the seating capacity. Overall it was okay, just read the reviews first before you go on a shopping trip here. If you’re leaving for the 5pm bus on a weekday, traffic gets bad. Expect delays.

Buying bus ticket doesn’t give you priority. People without tickets just cut queue and the person checking the ticket just doesn’t care and let queue cutters up first. Better go on your own and not rely on the direct bus service
