CHEESE!!!! Come on. Need I say more? True Italian heritage here. Do not miss! Wonderful and informative staff with a great tasting at the end. Worth the small price of the tour! If you don't want the tour just hit the shop. They have loads to offer also!

Loved the guided tour and tasting. An amazing experience to see all the stages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese marking from the inside. Great quality of information. Loved the time we had on the cheese storage room to make photos and videos without any hurry. The tasting was delicious too, very informative and pleasant. End with a visit to their shop, where you can find all forms of great cheese for fair prices.

We took a tour with a tasting while on vacation. It was very cool to see the process of cheese being made. Because we came in the morning, we got to see a good portion of the process in action. The tasting was a good portion and allowed us to try the cheese before purchase. It’s a great value as is the cheese itself (way cheaper than you will find in the USA). I would allocate more time than they say, I believe they said it would be an hour long, as the tour took a bit longer and then we wanted to purchase some products.

Booked the Sunday 11am English tour at EU 15 each. The guide was thorough to explain the whole cheese making process with a nice tasting of the 18/24/30/36 months cheeses. The storage room was a sight to see. Impressive. I recommend you book the 9:30am Guisti balsamic vinegar English tour before coming to the cheese tour for a nice DIY tasting outing in one morning in Modena. Taxi cost about EU 16 to the factory from the town center, and EU 22 back to town. In mid 2022.

We enjoyed a very detailed and carefully explained guided tour, followed by a tasting of several different cheese, jam and wine. Paula answered all our questions, the communication was smooth, the location is great, close to Modena. 100% recommend!
