Vecchio Molino, Loro Ciuffenna

Very nice old town, well maintained. The view of the Ciuffenna torrent is surprising, the water is crystal clear and makes its way with explosive force through very suggestive rocky gorges. The old mill should enhance it and make it open to visitors. Too bad I didn't have time for lunch or dinner, I would have liked to stop in one of the restaurants hidden in the tiny squares. I think I'll come back in the heat and with a bathing suit and take a nice dip in that gorgeous water.

Lorociuffena. Charming little village. Very calm. Crossed by the Ciuffena river. It is possible to observe the old mill now not in use, where it was used for cereals and more. At its entrance there are still old tools used for weighing. Going up the river a few steps, you can find picnic tables and some space for sunbathing. For a relaxing day without too many pretensions it's ok

Nice low mountain village well kept, not crowded or busy, colorful and characteristic where you can spend a day relaxing, have a picnic and maybe a barbecue. A few meters higher, following the stream, you come to a nice shady spot where you can bathe in fairly clean water even though the stones are almost covered with moss. Overall, a place to visit if you are in the area!

The historic center of the village is really tiny and decidedly "unguarded". There are a couple of grocery stores, 2 bars, 3 restaurants and very little else. The path to see the old water mill is not well marked (even if it is not difficult to find) and, when you find it, it is not clear whether you can access it or not since next to the pass to go down to the river there is it's a chain pulled down. Also on the banks of the river there is a bit of dirt that ruins the beauty of the place. The view from the top of the gorge carved by the stream is beautiful, however, if you have to come here on purpose to visit the village, I do not recommend it. If, on the other hand, you pass through here on a wider tour, then you can stop to visit the mill and the center of the village.

Bel Borghetto with small waterfalls and historic houses. Various restaurants where you can eat well and spend the right amount. Not many tourist signs and large but not always comfortable parking spaces
