We had so much fun with Clara, she taught us about the history of food in Lombardia especially regarding seasonal and local ingredients. We learned a ton (especially about gluten free cooking) and strongly recommend this to anyone!

very recommended! Clara is awesome and teaches you all the techniques needed for italian cuisine from pasta hand made and pizza etc... I recommend also taking the market tour before, it is a must.
