Very good experience. Interesting vineyard and winary tours. Nice tasting and snacks. Perfect reservation by their website and contact. Our hosts were very sincery telling story about not only their history but about challanges and decisions to take. We felt that for them relations, family and quality of their products is more important than profits. Good luck!

If you are in Monforte area definitely visit Cascina Sot. You will be able to taste amazing wines in 400 years old house and hear about the wine techniques and family traditions from a young and very sophisticated wine maker.

This was my first wine tasting experience in Italy and it was a great! They took our group of 6 including a dog and they paired our wine with finger foods. This is a truly mom and pop winery and the room for the wine tasting is very cozy. It's on the smaller end and they only produce about 35k bottles each year, best Dolcetto I've ever had! Our guide was the daughter, very nice and as soon as you walk out of the establishment you have an amazing scene perfect for picture taking. Would come back 100%

The deluxe wine tasting at cascina sot is amazing. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and most importantly their wine is excellent. They have otherworldly Nebbiolo and Barolo from vines that are even 93 years old. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

An amazing wine tasting experience at this lovely family run winery. One of our favorite spots of the 5 wineries we visited in the Piemonte region. Gracious hosts with delicious wines, it was tough to choose which to bring back with us to the United States but of course went with one of their fabulous Barolos! Also lovely and unique Rosé!
