    We hired a house in prunetto. The little village is very beautiful. And the castle is a beautiful building that is worth a walk up to. It has great views of the surrounding area.

    Such a nice experience! My family and I had the opportunity to have a private guided tour inside the Castle! I can only recommend having this kind of guided tour! There is so much history inside of it, with so much details so well preserved and explained! The infrastructure inside the castle, to receive visitors is really nice, with a lot of resources to show people the history behind the castle construction. There is more than 1000 years of history inside that walls, which is amazing! The view you have from the top floors of the castle are stunning! I really recommend trying to arrange this kind of guided tour! I also can recommend a lot the guide that presented all the history for us! His name was Renato! He only speaks Italian, but for Portuguese speakers it is quite easy to understand it!

    Unfortunately it was not open. You can visit the castle but you need to make an appointment. From the outside it looks lovely. This very old church near it is also wonderful to see.
