  • Very interesting. Boys aged 8 and 10 were transfixed. Time was just right for them. Short and sweet.

  • The depth of the catacombs alone are awe inspiring. Get ready for the temperature change, it’s a great experience overall. No photos or video allowed inside though and there aren’t any skeletons. Even still it is well worth the trip.
  • Really nice place to visit. Was a little crowded but tickets were still available. Really interesting to hear the tourguide we had a lady who spook good english and was good to hear. Really interesting place. With allot of history. Nice park to walk to
  • I truly enjoyed it. There is a LOT to be seen underneath and the guided tour explains a lot about what happened underneath and the history. The tour (ours in English) was at a (too) quick pace but still allows you to take in the amount of labyrinth underneath. It's just well lit for the right ambience. Worth a shout if you haven't been inside a catacombe before.
  • Dec 2022. Walked down beneath the ground into the history of catacombs. I was saddened by the low mortality of ancient Rome but awed by the faith of Christianity that time. Getting here was no hassle at all. Alighted from metro Circo Massimo and travelled 9 stops on bus 118.
  • Worth a visit during hot days for a cool experience. Tickets can only be reserved online, not bought so you have to stand in line, not fun in 35C sunshine. Arrive in time, while we stood in line for our tickets our tour left so we had to wait for the next round in the heat. The tour itself is okay. Public transport bus ride here is as usual, they don’t keep timetables so expect to wait for the bus on a narrow road without sidewalks and fast cars passing by.
