I spent two hours at this property. I am amazed and sorry for some reviews read, in my opinion, not truthful .. Very clean and welcoming place .. We were able to rest and relax .. one of the best in the area !!!! I advise!

We went to the Sanibey "spa" in Roreto after purchasing the coupon on Groupon. As soon as we entered the locker room we realized we were in a very dirty place. The lockers where we were supposed to put our clothes were not only dirty but internally and totally rusted. The floor of the changing room had corners of dirt and the ceiling (including the shower) totally covered in mould. The best is yet to come.... We enter the "spa" and more and more doubtful we decide to enter the only tub available. On the surface of the water floated "things" that weren't fragments of fabric (for example socks) which can happen... but residues of... maybe skin?!?! The backdrop was black for how dirty it was, the walls were covered in mold with algae, the vents for the air recycling were also covered in mold and the malcurrent was rusty. Plus, there were some dirt covered pipes going into the tub... I don't even want you to imagine the scene. Now we enter the low intensity sauna and on the floor, the corners and the contour of the floor was all rotten and the smell inside was unpleasant. Now let's move on to the high-intensity sauna which should have reached a maximum temperature of 90 degrees and instead we had a nice 110 degrees. If it were the only flaw ... Even the floor of this sauna was disgusting. Really incredulous of how a "spa center" can look like this, we decided to have a herbal tea before leaving but the kettle was greasy, dirty and not only that, the water inside was stagnant as well as freezing with bits of limescale floating around but this was simply because the inside of the kettle was full of dirt and limescale. We couldn't even drink a glass of water due to how dirty it was around the glasses. We left... Escaped! We stayed just over 40 minutes when we could have stayed 2 hours as per the coupon. I can understand a "failure" to clean the day before but here we are talking about hygiene that has never been taken care of, superficiality, a condition that cannot be accepted and not only because we bought a coupon and spent money but above all due to the Covid health emergency situation that we are facing. We still received a partial refund from Groupon.

We went to this center for the first time. We had booked for 2 hours of private spa + couple's massage. We were fully satisfied, the spa has a Turkish bath, 2 saunas, a swimming pool and an emotional shower, being reserved we fully enjoyed the two hours alternating the activities as we wanted. The massage then was fantastic, the girls were really good! Family atmosphere, really kind staff Recommended 👍🏻
