We had the spa with our Hotel packages and we enjoyed 2 times 4 hours. Staff were nice and the spa itself is nice, relaxing and various. The place will need some refurbishment because we can see that.... more

Incredible! The staff was very nice and helpful. At first, I thought I was going to stay only 2 hours, but I actually stayed 4 hours. I will definitely come back ☺️

Very relaxing big hot thermal pools. Beautiful view of the mountains. A must if you are traveling around the area. Not cheap but well with it.

Worst experience with the staff. Literally stole our money, 160 euro for massage, and we got 20 minutes of lying under a worm towel, alone in the room!! We were so surprised and asked to talke to the manager, but they only gave us his "email address" , which turned out to be false one. Rediculous place.

The place is good for relaxation and some Jacuzzi and Sauna. DO NOT TAKE THE MASSAGE THERE! It was by far the worst massage I ever had. I paid 80 euros for 50 minutes, yet at the beginning I got a hot towel laid over my back and the masseuse left the room for 15 minutes. After, it was a weak massage, not knowing where the back muscles are… Just rubbed me in oil for the rest of the time. When I got out- my wife said the exact same thing, which just made me realise they I am not hallucinating. Anyway- the place is nice, DONT RECOMMEND TAKING MASSAGE. Try a different Spa. Asking for a refund - DECLINED.

One of my favorite thermal baths in Italy. Jacuzzi with a view on the alps cannot be beaten anywhere in the world.
