    Nice spot for a sunset, you have to walk through a condominium, did it in October, no people there, maybe in summer people walking through are not welcome.. Short walk from the street to the rocks. Beautiful view and very special carved rocks!

    Its a long hike there just to get to a closed tower, you cant go there by car as Google maps says. But the view is nice.

    Worth the trip - wonderful 360 degree view! Quite windy at the top, if you are planning afternoon visit or to see the sunset - take something warmer with you, even in July or August.
