I bought the rice from a reseller (white and semi-wholemeal carnaroli) who had put it on offer at 50%. I'm not ashamed to say that I often buy discounted products because they are close to expiry and, given the starting price (2 euros for 500 g of rice), I decided to "take a chance". I have to start by saying that I love rice and I've tried so many brands, especially organic rice and, although I always pay for it rather expensive, I often found myself with rices that cooked in a strange way (still hard inside but soft outside, especially the white one ). This rice, on the other hand, has given me a surprise right from the first time: cooking and taste have been excellent, beyond my expectations. I also tried making it in the pressure cooker with kale (highly recommended) and the result was still excellent for both rice. I still have a supply (I bought 9 kg) and in this period I won't buy it, but as soon as I finish it, if in the meantime the price hasn't become prohibitive, I will buy it again and this time I will go to the shop. Compliments.

In a village, characteristic but unfortunately dilapidated, there is this beautiful shop with an ancient scent mixed with modern. Excellent products and details ... what struck me above all are the kindness and availability shown by both the mother and the daughter. Super recommended.

WORST service with suppliers. Only rice can be appreciated. I am writing on behalf of a reseller they have dealt with, and who cannot leave their review with their account! the laughter looks good (absolutely nothing special) but for how they behave and their rudeness without even apologizing for their shortcomings with reseller customers they should be less praised. Very common laughter, with the addition of flowers. The retailer in question is a young girl who wanted to open a concept store to support small companies in Piedmont like them, they had been recommended to him by one of his customers who was warned of the mismanagement and rudeness, very sorry for the unprofessionalism to which went against, and the answers they gave her that I have personally read. on whatsapp. without an email. Knowing her personally, I took it upon myself to do this review, to give her my contribution, when I see young people who are doing their best for the moment we are TAKING PART. I will make sure to divulge their non-compliance and disrespect towards workers who want to work and who are always polite and professional. I hope you will help me give credit to those who deserve it.

Inside a fantastic but ghost town, it seemed to be in the town of Pinocchio, there is this beautiful shop that sells rice of its own production. Dear both mother and daughter! If you pass by you should stop!
