Easy to contact with Google messenger directly through Google maps. Very quick answer. Easy booking. Nice clean beach with a changing room, very clean restrooms . Cool Softdrinks and coffee is provided by vending machines. Prices for the drinks are more then fair. The stuff is very friendly and creates a familiar atmosphere. We are completely satisfied and can only recommend this beach.

It was a joy spending our last day in Italy here. Bagno Maurizio occupies a perfect position on the beach with the view of the mountains in the background. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and there are secure lockers to leave bags and valuables in. Recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing beach day in Viareggio!

Bagno Maurizio was the perfect spot to come to with our 2 kids (8 & 12). Beautiful sandy beach right by the water and a full umbrella and chairs for €20. This also included a change room with a lock where we could keep our non-valuable items. Steven was so helpful in responding to our WhatsApp message the day prior so we could plan our beach day. And when we arrived, he and his team were incredibly hospitable - even helping us with a few items we’d forgotten to bring! I cannot recommend this family-owned gem enough for your visit to the Coast. The sea and the mountains all in one view - spectacular!

The best beach in all of Viareggio! Juliet and Stefano are amazing, great and heartwarming people! 🫶🏼 I read about this beach in advance and immediately wanted to stay at Bagno Maurizio! I can confirm, as every other guest wrote, that the staff (we met Juliet and Stefano), are heartwarming, generous and lovely people! They immediately helped us find a convenient place to stay for the day, and already provided us with all the benefits of their beach, including: - Safe for personal belongings - toilets - Water to fill up the bottles - Lockers for changing clothes - vending machines with snacks/coffee/drinks - a sunshade with 4 different types of sunbeds - a nice service and warm welcome hugs And all this for a really fair and phenomenal price of 25€/day! 😍 It is really the best decision you can make in Viareggio!
