There is a 4 stories building and 4th floor is observatory floor.From there you can see US Kadena air Base next to crowded residential area.There also be a study room at the 3rd floor.

Lots of cool little restaurants to try in the bottom floor, with a seating area. You can also go to the top observation area and get a whole view of the Kadena flight line, which is nice I guess.
