Ikspiari, Urayasu

Numerous shops and restaurants to choose from! The best part about it, it's just outside the Disneyland!

Love this place! Plenty of dining options, including full meals, dessert places, cafes, bubble tea, etc. Lots of places do takeout so you can take your food back to your room if you’re staying nearby and want to enjoy your hotel room. There are lots of shops and even a cinema.

Very nice place for shopping! The inside part of this looks stunning with amazing sky look alike ceiling. It holds many brand shop including fashion, food and many others. Visitors can enjoy movie in a cinema theater inside here. While planning on the Tokyo Disneyland or sea, can allocate time to visit the spot as well. Just beside the Maihama station, so it’s not gonna waste your time on the way.

Right in front of Maihama station, the Ikspiari shopping mall has lots of shops (about 80), restaurants (40, including stalls) and a cinema (1 multiplex). The design is interesting, with small "streets" and alleys to wander around. (I preferred these to the larger, well-known brands as the smaller vendors were more eclectic.) There is a wide variety of shops, including fashion, outdoor specialists, watches, cosmetics etc. These cater to men, women and children, so there should be something for everyone! As well as a large selection of restaurants, you can also enjoy a film at the multiplex cinema on site. The whole place was very clean, well-staffed and maintained. While it isn't the biggest mall, I found it more interesting than many of the character-free warrens to be found elsewhere!
