Absolutely a wonderful tour company!!! I highly recommend them. Very organized and quick to respond to emails. We were booked with them just as the Pandemic hit and they honoured our down payment and kept in touch for 2.6 yrs!!! Ester, in administration was on top of things and always checking in with us. Our safari guide/ driver, Albert, who has 15 years experience, was very knowledgeable about the animals, the national parks and the country. He knew where and when to look for the wild game. It was an amazing experience and due partily because of him. We really enjoyed his company and sense of humour for the 5 days in Kenya! We had a different tour guide, Salud, for our 5 days in Tanzania, who was also very good once he opened up (younger & shy). Both were very cautious drivers who made our safety, number #1 priority. Natural World took care of organizing everything for the Tanzania game safari, as well. Book with this tour company, you wont be disappointed!!

This was one of the best vacations ever. We rate this tour guide and company very highly. Our guide James Ndara picked us up at the airport and drove us for a few days through Kenya at lake Naivasha and Masai Mara, he was very nice and knowledgeable. The car was perfectly suited for Safaris and clean as well. We managed to see more animals than ever taught possible and even saw a successful lion hunt. Would go again any time!

We went for our first safari trip with Natural World Kenya Safaris and it turned out wonderful. The whole experience from first communication while planning our holidays until the drop-off at the airport was really good, the company is very professional, has a lot of experience and the prices seem to be fair. It is already a couple months back since we spent 11 days on safari and we have a smile on our face while remembering it. And we believe part of it is thanks to our guide and driver Bonaya. He has a great knowledge and he worked hard to get us to see as much wildlife as possible. He also paid attention to position the jeep for better photographs. We will never forget his effort and success to find a black rhino in Masai Mara on the last day there. What an adventure! 😀 We enjoyed the time with Bonaya and the game drives so much. Last but not least we felt safe with him on the road. And that was not always the case with other drivers (taxi) during our holidays in Kenya. We would highly recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for anyone considering a visit to Kenya for safari. We liked that the itineraries are well described on the website and they can be adjusted to personal wishes. There is also a good choice of accommodation in different price ranges. Special thanks belong to Esther, she is kind and helpful. We planned the trip with very short notice and her fast response helped us to make sure we will get a visa on time. Our family had excellent trip early this July, great guide and service. Our tour guide Kim, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and had over a decade of experience. He knew almost everything about Kenya, from the animals to the people and the culture. He was able to co-operate and work around our very unfortunate airline delays. On the safari, Kim knew pretty much everything there is to know about the wildlife. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in terms of the savanna ecosystem of the tour, and could answer almost every question we had about the very abundant animals. He knew about the Maasai people and their culture and traditions, and how the parks are working to preserve their fragile ecosystems. Throughout the entire trip, he remained extremely enthusiastic; it’s very clear that he absolutely loves his job, and did everything to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Kim was also very flexible with his schedule, accommodating for airline delays, early tours, and was very generous with his working hours. He worked with park rangers and other tour guides to bring us to the best spots to see rarer wildlife; most notably a cheetah stalking and chasing a herd of impalas. As well, he was very considerate of our time requests, in particular waking up extremely early to see the Kenyan sunrise. Aside from just the safari business, Kim was also very helpful when it came to the travel and tourist side of things. He helped us try to find lost luggage at airport, found good spots to take photos, and was generally a great help. Overall, our trip in Kenya was very fascinating and enjoyable, and we also learned a lot about the Kenyan savanna. Would 100% recommend.

This was Our first trip to Africa,The Natural World Kenya Safaris team was Excellent. From start to finish, we emailed back and forth with a lots of questions and requests before we even booked and Esther was very helpful.
