Mara Naboisho Conservancy serves as a private game viewing area that houses several safari camps. Spanning some 500 sq km (193 sq mi) of wildlife territory and scenery in the Great Rift Valley, the conservancy features herds of large herbivores like giraffes, buffalo, zebras, elephants, and antelope, and predators feeding on them, including lions and cheetahs, while hyenas and vultures stand by and wait. The conservancy center does research on lions and elephants. Tours are family friendly.     I vastly prefer to be on the by standing conservancies rather than in the Masai Mara. Fewer vehicles per spotting, fewer people, and an easy ride to the Mara. Perfection.
