Kenya Watamu Safaris, Watamu

We did our safaris with Hassan from August 21, 2019 to August 23, 2019. We were with family, 2 adults and a child of 3 years. We knew Hassan on Facebook. We wanted to book with him for 2 reasons: the first is a guide who speaks French, the second is that the price was affordable compared to others (1000 € for 3 days). We paid part ($ 400) per Western Union. The rest on the spot. Arrived on the day, 1 hour late, in the cold. We find that the guide is not Hassan but another, his name is Nicolas, HE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND CONSTANTLY FEEL THE ALCOHOL !!!! 30 minutes late at each meeting with the guide. We decided to close our eyes to have a good safari. The paid program was: DAY 1: Amboseli National Park DAY 2: Tsavo East National Park DAY 3: drop off at our hotel on Mombasa. Already the guide asked us each time money to pay pretext that there was a concern ... of course we refused. TALKING ABOUT HOW HASSAN WE STUCKED AND FLYING! It was for day 2 that we went to Tsavo National Park, except that it was just around the lodge which is set in a savannah landscape. When did I ask the guide when are we going to Tsavo National Park? He said "we are there". When I showed him the photo of the entrance to the national park, he remained silent and told me to meet Hassan. Except that Hassan by chance he did not answer anymore. I was with the family I did not want to take my head I accepted the scam. I sent an email to the French Embassy in Kenya as well as to KATO Kenya (protection of customers for safaris) to file a complaint against Hassan safaris. BE CAREFULL! He WANTS TO FLY THE LOWEST CENTIM
