  • We were surprised to find out the entrance to the zoo is free. My teenage kids were not impress by the first impression at the gate, but soon got excited to see quite a variety of animals there...

  • As the Similajau NP was closed (unforeseen storm caused damage), we went to this park which has surprisingly no entrance fee. However the visit was a disappointment with most animals gone, plank...

  • The only free public Flora & Fauna park to visit. Seen improvement over the time but there's still a lot more in progress. Great for families to enjoy nature in urban areas. Wear good shoes as it takes a lot of walking & a hat to shade from the striking sun when weather is good. Overall it's just a good sweating session among nature, would be nice if there's more to see.
  • This place is a must visit in Bintulu. Entrance fee is free. Ample parking space but you might have to park at the road side during public holiday. Apply your sunscreen, bring umbrella and drinking because this zoo is MASSIVE! So many flora hence the fresh air. I hope the government can upgrade this zoo as it has so many potential. Maybe implementation of affordable entrance fee would support the zoo maintainance.
  • I love walking here. At the moment it’s free, they’re doing a lot of work renovating after it was closed for Covid. They do need to update information about what animals are still there as there is no tiger, and the butterfly house is opened now as a garden. But as a park it’s really great. The birds are really cool to see too. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Tumbina Park is well worth it for visitors. a relatively large area and having a steep area is also a factor that can increase physical activity. a variety of animals are found in this Tumbina Park which is so interesting. Tumbina Park is also suitable for recreation while walking to see the beautiful landscape here. feelings of happiness and fun are also there, especially visiting with friends and family
  • This place is really underrated. I didn't expect Bintulu to have such beautiful place, that is, if you're an outdoor person and nature lover. The Tumbina Zoo consists of a bird park, reptile zone, deer zone, wild ferns zone,Bougainvillea park, cactus park etc. For those who don't know where to go in Bintulu, I just found you a great place to kill time. Hope you like it
