Kilim Karst Geoforest Park
Experience the rich diversity of the natural world at Kilim Karst Geoforest Park, a protected area of wilderness. Situated on the oldest limestone rock in the country, the park features an extensive mangrove swamp with overhanging Bogak trees, tree crabs, and mischievous macaques. Explore its natural abundance on a walk across well-maintained wooden paths, and take a boat tour of the park to learn more about its ecology and snap photos of it from a different perspective. Very nice mangrove tour 🚤 We got the boat rented for 2 hour tour - saw the bat cave, crocodile cave, eagle feeding, and fish farm (where you can also have lunch). It was quite nice and our guides/boat driver were friendly and did a nice job showing us around. Booked directly with the site for a good rate of 250RM (fits up to 10 pax).

Wonderful experience to see the beauty of mangrove forest and the formation of the islands. It's a best for nature lover. We got a very friendly and engaging boat driver and gave us a very exciting boat ride around the geoforest. But sadly it's raining on the day we went but still have a great experience.

Quite lovely nature park. The bat cave is a quick stop but quite nice to see. There’s also another cave the boats can go into and a bunch of curious monkeys there. Then the eagles are quite beautiful, a 10 minute stop and they feed them some chicken skin to get them diving. The one thing that was a waste of time for me was the fish farm. Not really interesting and a bit too touristy. Our boat driver was quite knowledgeable about much of what we saw. For me, 2 hours is plenty but if you like exploring then get the 3 hour tour.

It is a good place to leisure. the first stop is bat cave. Need to pay i forgot the fee but not expensive less than rm10 per head. There is also photograph booth cost rm15 for pics only and rm45 for pics with frame. Also, need to rent a torchlight (Rm1) to see the bats in the cave. Be careful it is really has bat smells lol. Walk carefully there as it is quite slippery 5% only so no worry much. There are 7 stops for this Kilim Geoforest Park. Id say maybe can spend your time here 2-4hrs. It is a good to book online for this. There is fish feeding, eagle feeding, fish park, crocodile cave (it is a crocodile shaped cave, no crocodiles there), monkeys view (you guys can request to the boat driver to feed the monkeys too but at your own risk). There is also a stop for you to swim. But I would not recommend it as it quite a small beach with too deep from the start of sand. So it is not suitable for kids. Overall, we really enjoyed the view during this tour. Blueish ocean, clear sky, and serene surroundings. Falls deep into your thoughts. Bye

Beautiful boat ride through the mangroves. You can stop to see the bat caves and lovely beaches. Also see the eagles flying above your boat. Little cafe that serves refreshments and snacks. Very nice and friendly staff.
