  • We enjoyed this open bird park. My son especially loved feeding the Lorikeets. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The park was clean and the birds all appeared to be well taken care of.

  • KL Bird Park is a pretty expansive mix of open air enclosures and larger cages nested within this space. It seems like most of the birds free to walk around are peacocks, but there are some others...

  • Great place to go with kids. Open air, like a walk through the jungle. But the birds will walk besides you and aren't afraid of people. Not too crowded, even on weekends. Ticket price is very reasonable for the experience too. Friendly staff there who are happy to talk about birds. Even on a hot day, there's plenty of shade. Tempted to just come here one day with a laptop and just hang around.
  • No line for tickets on a weekend but we came early. Avoided the crowd by avoiding bird feeding times, but generally not too bad. The paths were a bit steep at areas and slightly slippery because it was after the rain. They had closed one of the paths that was stroller friendly and we had to carry the stroller up the stairs as there were no alternatives if we didn’t want to turn back. I think this was an oversight as the other areas of the park were fine and it was otherwise quite pleasant to walk around. Birds looked healthy and well cared for, and there were a large variety of beautiful birds that were easily spotted. Wasn’t uncommon to see birds flying around and swooping nearby. Aviary was quite clean. Overall a pleasant experience!
  • I have to say I'm totally amazed by what the park got to offer. To be honest i was expecting it's just birds living in the cage but I was so wrong. This entire place is a cage itself and all the birds live freely within the ecosystem! You'll get all the birds appearing from no where, saying 'wild pidgey appears'. Many beautiful peacocks, and free bird show at 12.30pm and 3.30pm. Brought my parents here and we spent solid 3hours indulging in the bird heaven. Very walking friendly and well maintained. Kudos to all the staffs. Totally recommended!
  • This place can recall many childhood memories, especially you can bring your kids and revisiting after decade. Like the way that birds can have freedom as nature here, the tickets for Malaysian also very reasonable, we should support KL Bird Park or other local theme parks to let them overcome the pandemic lost. During the Bird Show, can see the passion of staffs here. It’s good that at the center of KL city center, a green lung keep for the birds, also for the citizens.
  • The park costs RM35 for Malaysian adults. They have interesting species of birds and some of them are free roaming like the peacocks, which was nice. You can get quite up close and personal with some of the birds that are not caged. You can also pay to feed them, which makes for an interesting experience. The park is quite big, but we didn’t see a huge variety of birds. There’s a huge waterfall aviary which was quite beautiful but it was underwhelming as there were not many birds there. If you would like to check out a variety of feeding sessions and also the bird show, plan your time accordingly. The daily schedule is on the website. Parking is also limited but you can opt for the multi level carpark which is a 10 min walk away. Expect to spend around 2-3 hours in the park, depending on how much you love birds.
