To be honest, I really like the design and concept of the place. The environment is quite calm and peaceful, as it is located by a river and surrounded by mangrove trees, it is quite windy. Located a bit far from town area means it is free from bad traffic and noise. It is well kept and quite clean. Plenty of free parking available. Mr. DIY, Eco RM2, MMCineplex, MyNews have tenancy here. Majority of shops are Chinese and oriental restaurants and cafes.

Parking: a bit busy place, but you will find one eventually and there is indoor parking as well. Atmosphere: I loved the place, clean and lively. The fountains with fish inside is good, the walkway connecting the movie theatre is cool, we have some shopping options and play area for kids, People are friendly too. Food: lot of choices, I loved the noodle varieties, the desserts cendol and ice kachang. The bbq wings were good too, and the price was competitive, no complaints. I will recommend as a must place to visit if you are in SP.

Most of the shops are restaurants and cafes. Good place to fill your stomach with cuisines from different countries. I don't feel any heat there even in the noon. Remember to use the parking coupon if you park your vehicle outside , while the four storey parking area is foc.
